I too am preparing for this. I wonder, was your main reason for the dom0 upgrade to keep up with your domU kernel needs? I am testing Lenny on a domU with Etch on dom0… Just wondering if you had experienced urgent problems running lenny domu’s on an Etch dom0.
Thanks, will look forward to sending my results as well.

Hey, thanks for this – just had to do the same upgrade (etch->lenny on amd64/xen) and this saved me a lot of trial-and-error.
